Ingredients
* *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz (remove) * *Italian Sausage, pork, 2 link, 4/lb (remove) * Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove) * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup (remove)
Directions
Mix all together well. Cook in a frying pan that has been sprayed with butter spray. Season them well- add onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, italian seasoning, etc. Serve over white rice. Add some low fat mozarella cheese on top. Put meatballs in oven to finish cooking if needed.
