Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1/4 cup dried, minced onion1 1/2 tsp minced garlic1 cup tomato sauce1 cup frozen corn1 cup sliced baby carrots1 cup diced potatoes6 cups water6 beef bouillon cubes2 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper1 tsp ground cumin3 bay leaves1/2 tsp cayenne pepperTabasco sauce, to taste (not included in nutritional info)
Directions
Brown hamburger with onion and garlic. Combine hamburger mixture with remaining ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Makes 8 1-cup servings.

    It was definitely good...I would not add any salt in the future, it's salty enough!! I would also add additional veggies, but overall a good soup. - 10/10/11

    Not bad calorie wise, but yikes that is a lot of sodium! That's nearly a full day's amount and since it doesn't even include the Tabasco sauce, wow. Not exactly healthy eating. - 6/29/10
