Salsa Fresca

Ingredients
8 roma tomatoes, cut into large chunks2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped1 medium red onion, cut into large chunks1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro (add more or less to your taste)Juice of 1/2 a lime1/2 teaspoon ground sea salt (to taste)1/4 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
Directions
Place all ingredients into large food processor and process until finely chopped. Pour into large strainer to drain off excess liquid. Store in airtight container for a couple of hours refrigerated before serving to fully blend flavors. Drain excess liquid, or stir well, before serving. I have never measured this, but I'm calculating this at 8, 1/2 cup servings.
