Joetta's Best Popped Corn, EVER!!!

Ingredients
Directions
1/2 cup popping corn1/3 cup herb infused extra virgin olive oil1/4 cup veggie parmesan ( I like Galaxy Foods Veggie Grated Topping, found in the refrig. health foods with other sub cheeses)
Put 1/2 cup popping corn into your air popper. As it's popping out, into your very large bowl, drizzle it with the herb infused olive oil. When done popping, sprinkle veggie parm on top and toss.
Note: For the herb infused olive oil, I buy the economy size container and then pour it into my olive oil jar with the drizzling spout. Then I add 3 bay leaves, 3 cloves of garlic, about a tsp of rosemary and a pinch of thyme. And by the way, this olive oil is outrageously delicious on anything you have to sautee, in salads, as a bread dipping oil...
