Homemade Chicken Dumpling Soup

16 cups water (roughly)3 cup Carrots1 cup Celery1 small Onion2 cup Potato1-2 cup cubed Chicken (cubed)3 tbsp Chicken soup base (may adjust slightly to suit taste)2 cup Flour4 Egg1.5 tsp Salt1/4 cup Milk
Makes about 10 1-cup servings
Cook chicken in about 16 cups of water until done (if don't have any precooked). While chicken is cooking, chop all vegetables. When chicken is done. Take out of water and cube. Add back into water along with vegetables and soup base. Mix together the flour, egg, salt, and milk. Drop by tsp into boiling water when vegetables are tender. When dumplings float, the soup is done.
