Rice Mushroom broccoli cheese casserole

1 cup brown rice2 cups Vegetable Broth (more or less to boil rice)3 cups Broccoli1 med onion2 cups Mushrooms1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup1 cup Milk1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese2 slices Swiss Cheese2 slices bread Bread/Bread crumbsMrs dash or your favorite spice mix
Boil rice with broth (APPROX 50 MINS)
Steam broccoli for 10 minutes or cut real small
dice onion
cut up musrooms
When rice is done, Preheat oven to 350 degrees
in casserole add diced onions, washed sliced mushrooms, soup, milk, and parmesan.
Sprinkle with your favorite spice mix like dash
tear up swiss cheese and put on top
food process the bread slices and sprinkle on top
sprinkle with some more Mrs Dash
Bake at 350 for 45 MINUTES
