Ingredients
16 oz of frozen vegetables1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth Rotel tomatoes2% Shredded cheese
Directions
In a large deep frying pan on stove cooktop, cook 16 oz of vegetables and broth until vegetables are "mushy." Drain.

Place vegetables back into the pan and add 1 can of Rotel tomatoes and chicken broth until a desired level. Heat and add 3/4 cup shredded cheese.
