Wintery Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
2 leeks1 large onion2 carrots100ml white wine400ml chicken stock1 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch)1 Bayleaf2 cloves garlic, crushed1 tbsp dried parsley1 tsp dried thyme
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a large frying pan or wok and bring to the boil.

Once the sauce has thickened, transfer to a casserole and put in the oven on a low heat for 2-3 hours .
