Ingredients
-6 egg yolks-2 8oz fat free philadelphia cream cheese-1 pint Whipping Cream (I used Publix for this recipe)-1 pack of Gilda lady fingers (the little ones, not the big ones!), contains about 6.5 servings-8 Truvia packets (sweetener)- 1/4 cup expresso-1/4 cup white rum (barcardi silver)- 2 oz cinnamon powder
Directions
1. Take the 6 egg yolks and mix them with the 6 oz cream cheese (you may wanna microwave the cream cheese for 15 secs to soften it up) and the sweetener.
2. once they are completely mixed with no lumps, put it to boil in medium heat while stirring constantly.
3. When it boils, take 1 minute to continue stirring. After the minute, remove it from the heat, get some saran wrap to cover the cooked mixture (put it against the mixture) and refrigerate for 1 hour.
4. Get a 9X13 container and line the lady fingers on it.
5. Mix the expresso with the bacardi (this can be made with decaf coffee and without the bacardi if children or pregnant women will be having it. Just make it really strong and instead of 1/4 cup of the decaf, do a 1/2 cup).
6. Using a table spoon, soak all of the lady fingers with the expresso barcadi mix, then refrigerate.
7. After the hour has gone by, take out the egg cream cheese mix and the lady fingers.
8. Apply an even coat of this mix on top of the lady fingers until it's all done.
9. Take out the whipping cream and whip it.
10. Evenly apply whipping cream on the egg yolk cream cheese mix
11. Sprinkle the cinnamon powder on the tiramisu.
12. Cover again, let it sit for about 3 hours.

Makes about 18 2.5" by 2.5" servings.
