Mom's Sausage Gravy & Biscuits

1 lb breakfast sausage2 - 6 pack biscuits4 cups skim milk1/2 cup white flourPepper to TasteGreen Chilies (if Desired) - Not added in calories
Crumble sausage in skillet with high sides. Season to taste and cook thru. Once sausage is cooked thru, DO NOT DRAIN GREASE! Gradually stir in flour to coat meat and soak up grease. Reduse heat to med/low. Slowly stir in milk and add pepper to taste. Stir occasionally until it reaches a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until desired consistancy.
Bake biscuits occording to package directions.
Cut biscuit in half and top with butter and approx 1/2 cup of gravy.
Refridgerate any leftover gravy.
