whole grain cranberry/banana muffins

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup oats1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 cup dried cranberries1 1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp allspice3/4 cup milk or soymilk1/3 cup maple syrup1/4 cup applesauce2 eggs2-3 medium bananas, mashed
Directions
combine dry and then add wet. I also added a little ginger which gave it a kick.
bake at 325.
