LISA'S GARBONZO BEAN & QUINOA SALAD

2 cups garbonzo beans, cooked1 c quinoa, cook according to instuctions1 cup Carrot - raw, chopped1 cup Snowpea (Pea Pod), sliced1 cup Celery, raw diced1/2 cup Cilantro, fresh minced4 T Balsamic Vinegar1 Lemon, peeled4 T Tahini1 Onion (Yellow), chopped1 pint grape tomatoes, cut in half2 T cumin
Chop carrot. pea pods, celery, cilantro, onion and combine with beans and quinoa. In blender put lemon, tahini, vinegar, cumin and blend well. Pour over salad, mix. Top with toms. Let stand for several hours before serving to let flavors blend.
