Tomato Beef Stroganoff w/ Egg noodles

2.5 lb Beef chuck1/4 cup Onions, chopped2 tsp Garlic, minced1 cup or can Mushrooms 2 serving Olive Oil Pam (0.5g = 0.6sec spray)1 can Campbells Beef Gravy1 cup beef broth bouillon1 tblsp. Tomato Paste2 tblsp. Flour, white2 cups cooked Egg Noodles, enriched
Spray skillet or pan with Pam Olive Oil Spray. Put onions, garlic, & mushrooms in pan. Saute 5 min. Add beef, cover. Cook 25 min. or until lightly browned. Add Beef gravy, broth, & tomato paste, cover. Cook 20 min. Stir in flour gradually to thicken. Add cooked Egg Noodles. Simmer 10 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve.
