Ingredients
1 c. flour5 T. powdered buttermilk1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 egg (seperated)1 1/4 c. water
Directions
Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Beat egg white until stiff peaks form. Mix egg yolk and water into dry mixture until combined. Fold egg whites in gently and then heat on a cast iron skillet.
