Grilled Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
Directions
1 medium sweet potato, cut into strips10 rings of onions, raw1 tbsp garlic powderDash of Cavendars Lite Greek Seasoning1 tbsp light margarine1/2 cup green peppers, cut into strips
Peel one (1) medium sized sweet potato.
Place on aluminum foil, large enough to hold all ingredients.
Next layer on onion rings, sprinkle on 1 tbsp garlic powder and greek seasoning, top with green peppers.
Place dots of margaring over the surface of all ingredients.
Fold up aluminum foil. I like to double wrap mine, since they are going directly on the coals.
Cook for 30 minutes, directly on coals.
