Cottage Cheese Crustless Quiche with Spinach & Turkey Sausage

2 cups 2% Milkfat Cottage Cheese3 Italian Turkey Sausage Links (Shady Brook)1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese1 egg1 package frozen spinach (9 oz., Green Giant)
Thaw and drain spinach.
Remove casing from turkey sausage and cook, breaking up into small pieces.
Mix all incredients together in a bowl. Spray glass casserole dish with cooking spray and pour ingredients in, spread evenly.
Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour.
Makes 8 servings (approximately 2 inches wide x 3 inches long x 1 inch deep)
