Whole Grain Cookies

Ingredients
* 1/4 cup butter * 1/4 cup coconut butter * 1/4 cup sucanat * 1/4 honey * 1/4 teaspoon salt * 1/4 teaspoon baking soda * 1/2 teaspoon baking powder * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract * 1 large egg * 3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour * 3/4 cup oats * 1/3 cup chopped pecans * 1/3 cup dried blueberries * 1/3 cup white chocolate chips (I prefer sunspire)
Directions

Directions - Preheat oven to 375

1) Beat together the butters, sucanat, honey, salt, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla till well combined.

2) Add the egg, beating till smooth. Scrape the sides of the bowl, and beat again till smooth.

3) Add the flour and oats, beating to combine.

4) Stir in pecans, blueberries and chips.

7) Drop the cookies onto cookie sheet and bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until they're golden brown.


**Try any variety of fuits, nuts and/or chips with this recipe. Here are a few ideas:
* Dates, Coconut, Pecans
* Dried Cranberries, Juice and zest of half an orange, almonds
* Raisins, Milk chocolate chips
* Dried cherries, dark chocolate chips, almonds
* Raisins, Dried Cranberries and Walnuts
* Dried mango, macadamia nuts and white chocolate
