Coconut Chicken

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken breasts, sliced thin1/2 can coconut milk4 oz shredded coconut1 serving Bakenets, beat the hell out of the bag1 tsp turmericpowdered garlic, to tastecayenne pepper, to taste
Directions
Start with three bowls, one with the coconut milk, one with the shredded coconut and spices and the last with pork rinds.

Heat your oven to 350 and take two cookie sheets and spray with baking spray.

Take each piece of chicken, dip in coconut milk, coconut mix and pork rinds. Bake for 35 minutes (Approximately),

Serve hot with salad.
