Sweet Carrots in Beer

Ingredients
1 (16 ounce) package baby carrots1/2 cup margarine3 tablespoons honey1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend12 oz. bottle of dark beer
Directions
Place the carrots into a large pot and cover with beer. Bring to a boil over high heat until most of the beer is gone. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Stir in the margarine, honey and brown sugar. Cook until desired doneness is reached.
