Cheesy Porkchop 'N' Potato Bake

6 boneless porkchops1 package (24oz) hash brown potatos1/2 cup sour cream2 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/2 cup milk1 can cream of celery soupSalt & Pepper to taste
Brown chops in lightly greased skillet. While chops are browning, assemble remaining ingredients (minus 1 cup of cheese) in large bowl. Spoon mixture into 9x13 baking dish, and place chops on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 40 mins. Remove foil, sprinkle with remaining cheese, and let sit in hot oven (turned off) for approx 5 mins to melt cheese. Makes 6 1-chop servings.
