basic green smoothie with flax

1 1/2 cup frozen fruit (I use a berry blend)1 cup nonfat milk1 medium banana2 cups spinach1 TBLS ground flax seed
Directions
Blend fruit and milk. Add banana and flax. Blend. Add spinach.
Blend until smooth.

    Although I thought it could use a wee bit more sweetness, it wasn't bad at all. I used frozen pineapples. Will try a different fruit next time. Thanks for sharing!
