Banana Coffee Cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 C Flour1/2 C Sugar2 Tsp Baking Powder1 Tsp Baking Soda1 Tsp Cinnamon1/2 Tsp Salt1 C Nonfat Yogurt3/4 C Mashed Banana2 Tblsp Oil1 egg1 Tsp Vanilla
Directions
Serving Size: 2 in. x 3 in. piece

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Spray 11"x7" baking dish.

3. Mix dry ingredients together.

4. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients.

5. Pour wet over dry and stir until just blended (do not over mix).

6. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until the sides pull away from the pan and a toothpick comes out clean.
