Crockpot Italian Chicken with out MSG soup

Ingredients
Kirkland Chicken Breast, 20 oz Goya Adobo Seasoning 1 tspFlour - Eagle Mills All Natural Unbleached, 0.25 cup Cream Cheese, 1 cupItalian Herbs and SpicesWater to cook the chickenA bunch of cut up asparugusa small head of broccoliseveral quartered mushrooms
Directions
Put chicken, seasonings enough water to cook chicken and cream cheese into a crock pot. Cook for several hours. At some point between the chicken being "done" and adding the rest break up chicken with a wooden spoon. About 30 to 45 minutes prior to eating, mix in flour with small amount of extra water and broth. Also, add cut up veggies.
