Yummy Crockpot Porkchops

Ingredients
8 thick small porkchops2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/8 tsp ground sage1 can (12oz) low sodium mushroom soup1 tbsp dried onion flakes
Directions
Mix all seasonings and soup together in small bowl. Trim excess fat from chops and use to lightly grease a large skillet. Over low heat, brown each chop lightly on both sides. Salt and pepper each as it finishes and place in crock pot. Add sage. Scrape pan juices into cooker. Add soup and seasoning mixture. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
