almond butter 12 oz (1 1/2 cup)splenda sugar blend 1/2 cupOats 4 1/2 cupsSplenda Brown sugar 1 1/4 cupsbaking soda 2 teaspoonscocoa nut oil 1/2 cupVanilla 1/2 teaspoonsalt 1/2 teaspoon3 large eggs
Cream the eggs, peanut butter, cocoa nut oil, vanilla and sugars together. Add salt and baking soda and mix well. Stir in by hand the oats. Drop teaspoon size cookies onto cookie sheet. (we used parchment paper) and cook at 350 for about 8-10 min. They will not overly brown and should be slightly gooey when you take them out. Let them sit for a while before moving them.

Thanks so much. My daughter and I took a friends recipe and kept plugging in different options until we came up with this recipe. The thing is the ingredients are all really good for you even if the peanut butter pulls the cals up a bit. Thanks again.
