Easy Orange Roughy

One large (8oz) or 2-4 oz orange roughy fillets1/2 fresh lemon2 tablespoons breadcrumbs3/4 tsp Parmesan cheese1/2 tablespoon butter, melteddash Garlic saltdash Black pepperdash cajun seasoning (optional)
Place fish in a foil-lined pan. Squeeze juice from 1/2 lemon over fish. In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, cajun seasoning, garlic salt, and pepper. Spread evenly over the top of the fish. Drizzle with melted butter. Moisten remaining dry breadcrumbs with more lemon juice. Bake at 400 degrees until fish flakes easily. Broil for approximately 2 minutes to crisp top.
