Grandma Carol's Ham Balls

Ingredients
1 lb. lean Ground ham1 lb. sausage1 lb. extra lean hamburger1 c. cracker crumbs1 c. skim milk2 large eggs beatenSauce:1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. diluted vinegar (diluted vinegar is 1/4 c. vinegar and 1/4 c. water)1 T. powdered mustard
Directions
Combine meats, cracker crumbs, milk , and 2 eggs together. Form mixture into balls and place in baking dish. (Use an ice cream scoop) Mix and beat and heat sauce ingredients in a pan until sugar and mustard are dissolved. Pour over meatballs and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Makes a 9 x 13 pan full (18 balls or servings)
