Wheat Bran Muffins w/Pineapple

Ingredients
2 c. whole wheat flour1 c. wheat bran2 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt1 1/2 c. milk (1%)1/2 c. pineapple juice1/2 c. molasses1/2 c. corn oil2 eggs3/4 c. crushed pineapple
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients. Combine all liquid ingredients. Blend these mixtures together. Spoon into greased or nonstick muffins tins and bake @ 375 for 15 minutes. Yields approx. 18 muffins. Fruit additions may be substituted based on tastes.
