Greek Lemon Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
Chicken Thighs by Bare, hand-trimmed, boneless, skinless, all natural!grated lemon zest of 1 lemonjuice of that grated lemon1 tbsp minced garlic1 tbsp oregano3/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper3/4 tsp paprikaCalamata Olives
Directions
place chicken thighs in dish sprayed with Pam olive oil.

In a bowl mix the next 6 ingredients and wisk, then pour over chicken

At last 5 min take 8 calamata olives (pit less) and if not just remove from the pit and toss on chicken.

I recommend couscous boiled in chicken broth and fresh mint added once all the water has been absorbed and sightly cooled.
