Beef and Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
1 pound of ground beef, extra lean1 garlic clove, minced1 onion chopped4 cups of water4 cups of cabbage, chopped1 Tbsp. dry mustard4 tsp. chili powder1 tsp. salt2 cans(15oz) red kidney beans4 cups of tomato juice( i used home canned tomatoes for the juice)
Directions
Cook ground beef, onion and garlic until beef in done. DRAIN. Put all ingredients into a stock pot, cook until cabbage is tender. I cook on low for about 45 miutes to an hour. This makes 12 servings (1 1/2 cup per serving)
