Blueberry Banana Ricotta Pancakes

2 Cups pancake mix1 Cup Part Skim ricotta1 Cup milk1/4 cup granulated sugar1 cup fresh blue berries1 large banana, mashed
In a bowl, place all ingredients minus the blue berries. Mix on high with a hand held mixer. Stir in blueberries after mixture is smooth.
Spray a cooking pan with 0 calorie non-stick spray. Laddle approximately 1/2 cup of mixture, and cook on both sides approximately 1-2 minutes on medium to medium-high heat.
Makes 12 pancakes - 150 calories per pancake.
