Bacon Rounds

Ingredients
2/3 cup fat free plain yogurt 1 Tbsp reduced fat parmesan cheese2 tsp worcestershire sauce1/4 tsp paprika1/8 tsp celery seed1/4 tsp garlic powder1/8 tsp black pepper1 1/2 cups sargento reduced fat cheddar cheese6 slices turkey bacon, cooked & crumbled1 oz cooked salted peanuts, chopped4 medium scallions, thinly sliced2 french baguette loafs, cut into 48 pieces
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the first yogurt, parmesan, worcestershire, paprika, celery seed, garlic powder and black pepper. Stir in the cheese, bacon, peanuts and scallions. Spread over bread slices.

Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

Yield: 4 dozen (1 slice per serving)
