1 sheet of Nori1/2 cup brown rice, cooked1 can of tunasoy sauce (optional)
Place one sheet of nori on a rolling mat with the rough side facing upwards. Cover nori in your brown rice, leaving about 2 cm at the top uncovered. Place your tuna in the middle of the nori wrapper. Use your finger to smooth water over the uncovered nori (this will allow the roll to seal). Roll the nori tight and cut into as many pieces as you would like.
