115g self raising flour 115g butter 5 ml (1tsp) baking powder 2 eggs 115g caster sugar
sieve the flour and baking powder add the rest of the ingredients then mix quickly for 2-3 mins till pale and glossy then put in a pre heatd oven of 160 c for 35 -40 mins.
