Omelet

Ingredients
4 large fresh eggs1/4 c skim milk1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/4 tsp garlic powder2 tbsp chopped onion1/4 cup chopped red pepper3/4 cup sliced mushrooms3/4 cup broccoli3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Beat eggs with milk, add spices, then add remaining ingredients, followed by cheddar cheese. Pour into moderate heated pan. Sir occasionally to mix and turn ingredients over.
