Best Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed & drained1/2 cup onion, diced3 Tbsp minced garlic1 tsp olive oil1/2 cup tomatoes, diced1/2 cup salsa3/4 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp cumin1/8 tsp cayenne pepper1/2 cup sargento reduced fat mexican cheese blend1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped1 Tbsp lime juice
Directions
In a medium bowl slightly mash beans; set aside. In a medium saucepan cook onion and garlic in hot oil until until onion is tender. Stir in beans, tomato, salsa, chili powder, cumin and red pepper. Heat through.

Stir in cheese until melted; remove from heat. Stir in cilantro and lime juice. Serve warm with tortilla or pita chips.
