Chicken with white wine sauce

Ingredients
12 oz bonless skinless chicken breast, pounded until thin. 3 egg whites, beaten 3/4 cups grated pamesan cheese1/2 cup white flour6 oz white wine5 tbsp butter1/4 cup lemon juice1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
Directions
Makes four 3oz servings

Pound chicken until thin, season with salt and pepper. you may also use other seasoning such as garlic powder, basil and parsley.

mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. I also recmmed seasoning this mixture as well.

dip chicken into flour and then into beaten eggs whites and then into bread crumb mixture.

melt butter in a non-stick pan and cook chicken over medium heat unitl golden brown. Then set aside. I suggest putting chicken into a warm over to keep warm.

Add wine and lemon juice to the pan used to cook chicken. cover and simmer over low heat. you make also add any left over flour if you desire a thicker sauce.

Serve chicken drizzled in sauce.
