Crockpot Pork & Sauerkraut

Ingredients
Pork roast or chops, fat removed (about 2 lbs worth)Sauerkraut, 2 large cans/jars3 onions, chopped2 apples, chopped (tart work best)2 Tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend (or to taste)
Directions
Makes approximately 10 servings
1. If using a roast, slice into 1/2" slices and line bottom of crockpot with the meat
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl
3. Pour sauerkraut mixture over meat
4. Cook on low for 8-10 hours
