Almond chicken salad sandwich

Ingredients
# Chicken Breast, no skin, 7.5 ounces # Grapes, 1 cup, seedless # Celery, raw, 0.25 cup, diced # Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 4 tbsp # Almonds, 0.063 cup, slivered # Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp # Atkins Bakery, Sliced Multigrain Bread, 1 slice, 8 serving # Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded or chopped
Directions
Combine the chicken, grapes, celery, mayonnaise, almonds, and pepper together in a medium bowl and mix salad well.

Divide the chicken salad evenly on 4 slices of bread. Top each with 1/2 cup of lettuce and another slice of bread.

Yield: 4 servings.
