8oz. penne pasta, uncooked1/2c Kraft Light Zesty Italian Dressing1lb. Raw Large Cleaned Shrimp, Thawed if frozen2 red peppers, cut into short thin strips1c. pea pods4oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese Cubed2Tbsp. Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
1. cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on pkg.
2. meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp and peppers; stir-fry until heated through. Add Neufchatel; cook and stir until Neufchatel is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
3. drain pasta; return to saucepan. Add shrimp mixture; mix lightly. Serve topped with the parmesan cheese.
