Chicken Salad w/ Fresh Raw Veggies

Ingredients
5 oz bonesless skinless chicken breasts1/4 c. thinly sliced and cubed cucumber1/4 c. matchstick-cut carrots1/4 c. thinly sliced red pepper2 scallions2 garlic cloves (pressed)2 tbsp. hellmans light Mayo1 dash Worcester sauce1 dash salt1 dash pepper
Directions
Combine: Mayo, pressed galric, Worcester sauce, salt and pepper.

Using cooked and chilled chicken breast.
Cube chicken into bite sized pieces.

Add carrots, cucumber, red pepper and chicken to the Mayonnaise mixture.

Mix all ingredients and enjoy!
