steak enchiladas

1 lb steak1 onion chopped3 garlic cloves minced1/4 tsp pepper4 chili peppers chopped1/4 tsp cumin1 tomato chopped8 xtreme wellness whole wheat tortillas4 oz mozzarella cheese
Cut steak into thin strips. Cook in skillet until done. Add onion, garlic, peppers, cumin, tomato and black pepper. Add a little water and cook for 15 minutes. Place steak mixture on tortillas and roll up. Place in a casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese has melted.
