Spinach, Bean and Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1 Can Beans such as chick peas or cannellinni 1 Can Tuna in water1 clove galrlic, minced or pressed1 T olive oil1 t Oregano2 t sage.5 t thyme3 C fresh spinach
Directions
Combine all ingredient, except Spinach, in a glass microvave safe bowl. Heat for 1 minute.
Stir.
Add Spinach, heat in microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until spinach is wilted.
The longer this sits, the better it tastes.
Add vinegar if desired.
