Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Ingredients
2 to 2-1/2 pounds of potatoes, thinly sliced1 large onion cut into slices and rings seperated1# extra lean ham, cubed1 can cream of mushroom soup1 cup skim milkseasonings of your choiceI like garlic blend, pepper, and salt
Directions
Layer as follows in a large slow cooker...

*1/2 of potatoes, 1/2 of the onion, 1/2 of the ham, 1/2 of the cream of mushroom soup and season.
*follow with remaining ingredients and pour one cup of milk over the top and cover.

Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours (depending on your slow cooker)
