Turkey Mock Enchiladas

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1 can black beans, rinsed and drained1 can enchilada sauce3 tortillas1 cup shredded low fat cheese
Directions
Brown the turkey, add beans and most of the enchilada sauce. spread meat and beans into a baking dish, cover with tortillas. pour the rest of the sauce on the tortillas then cover with cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 till bubbly and cheese is melted.
