I made this last night, but it wasn't yours. My recipe did not have as much taco seasoning and I wish I would have seen yours because mine needed more flavor. I added more seasoning to the leftovers and even a bit of cumin, but it is a really easy meal to make and so good over rice. Thanks!! - 8/23/10

This idea was so great for me. I "cheated" and found a healthy black bean and corn salsa so when I got off work in the morning, mixed the frozen chicken breasts with jar of salsa and water and when I woke up up in the afternoon I had a great crockpot meal for the family!
