Cottage Cheese Dip

Ingredients
1 sm onion finely diced 24 oz cottage cheese8 oz cream cheese1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion slat1/2 tsp salt4 hard boiled eggs whites only chopped
Directions
Soften cream cheese and mix all ingredients but eggs with mixer. Fold in chopped egg whites.

Serve with townhouse reduced fat crackers
