Chicken Asparagus Pot

Ingredients
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook * Asparagus, fresh, 6 cup * Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup * Nutmeg, ground, .5 tbsp * Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1 cup * Salt, .5 tsp * Pepper, black, .5 tsp * Lemon juice, .5 tbsp
Directions
Cut the chicken into strips or similar pieces and fry in a pot until lightly browned. Add sour cream and chicken broth with salt & pepper & lemon juice, and simmer for 35 minutes.

Meanwhile clean the Asparagus and cut into bite size pieces. Add to the chicken for the another ten minutes and then season with the Nutmeg.

Serve over rice, we love Basmati.
