Alantic Pollock Fish Stew

2 pollock fillets20g garlic1 yellow pepper1 green pepper1 small onion100g mushrooms1 can tomato paste1 can whole tomatoes1 tsp grapeseed oildash of cyanne pepper, red pepper flakes, and cumin
Directions
combine everything except the fish in a skillet, once simmering add fish, heat until fish is cooked, approx 20min

makes 7, 2 laddle servings

serve over barley, barley not included in the nutritional info
