1 cup Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, unthawed - works best if sliced. 1 single serve tub of premade sugar free gelatin - any flavor. I like cherry and orange bestSweeten to taste with sweetner of choice
put all ingredients in Ninja or other blender and process until all ingredients are pureed and smooth.
This comes out like a soft serve sorbet. It is quick and delicious!
Other frozen fruits can be substituted, but nutritional values will vary of course.
